This important statement is being circulated in multiple ways: through websites, email, social media, and word of mouth. Please read it and join in it by signifying your agreement as provided below. Our goal is 1,000,000 senior citizen affirmations, creating a powerful generational commitment to the Constitution and Laws of our country.
The website is operated by Senior Citizens for America (“SCFA”), which is a nonprofit organization created pursuant to the laws of Pennsylvania. We are assisted in the operation by various third-party website service providers.
SCFA grants use of and access to the website, its products, and its services only to those who have accepted the Terms. By using the website, you certify that you have read and reviewed the Terms and that you agree with them.
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use the website. By using the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement.
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on or through the website are the property of SCFA and that you will not reproduce or redistribute this intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations, without the written approval of SCFA.
As a user of the website, you may be asked to provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information. Our policies with respect to protecting such information are set forth in the Privacy Policy set forth below.
By using the website, you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these Terms. Any dispute between SCFA and you, or its business partners and associates, shall be arbitrated in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and that any enforcement thereof shall be in the applicable state or federal court in Pennsylvania. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts for this purpose.
You agree to indemnify SCFA and its managers, directors, officers, agents, suppliers, or licensors and hold them harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our
own legal counsel.
A. Basic Provision
Because your use of the website and the operation and improvement of it will necessarily involve the collection, use and disclosure of personal and usage information, we have developed this privacy policy to describe our policies and procedures in dealing with that information. SCFA is not liable for any damages that may occur to you because of your misuse of our website.
SCFA reserves the right to edit, modify, and change the Terms, including the Privacy Policy, at any time. We will let users who have signed up for our mailing list know of these changes through electronic mail. Users who have not signed up for our
