So, what can you actually do?  Think of the answer to this question in four parts, with Senior Citizens for America providing you with support at each step:

First: Become a member and/or start a group

Second: Oppose undemocratic conduct where you can, when you can, and how you can.

Third: On the positive side, strengthen the sinews of democracy.

Fourth: Communicate

Our members and chapters are each free to act on their own consistent with SCFA’s Mission (see ABOUT US).  At the same
time, we hope to act together on matters where there is a broad consensus. We believe that there is such a consensus on priorities for 2026, including changing the Congress, protecting the judiciary, supporting organizations litigating for our rights, providing civic education to our young adults and encouraging them to vote, and gathering 1,000,000 positive responses to the Promise to Future Generations.  Please click on the Contact Us button to discuss how you or your organization can participate in these efforts.
